Don't forget to submit an Architectural Request Form prior to beginning any property improvements to the exterior of your dwelling.  Have a roof that needs replaced?  Installing or altering a fence?  Removing trees or shrubbery?  Painting the exterior of your home?  Installing a patio/deck?  These are just some examples of improvements requiring prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee.  Email [email protected] with any questions.

Mailbox replacement - Gibraltar Elite Large Green Mailbox, post mount, Manufacturer # E1600G00 or E1600GAM may be purchased from Home Depot or Ace Hardware. Numbers will be provided by emailing request to [email protected]. 

Mailbox paint code (green): go to any Home Depot paint desk and provide the phone number (101)-103-2445. This number is associated with an account set up under the name “Knob Hill” within the Home Depot system which has the custom paint code for “Elite Green” saved.
